Therapeutic Sound Session
A therapeutic sound session is a closed eye listening experience, where I invite you to sit or lie down and listen to the therapeutic sounds of the instruments. Sound is an anchor to root the mind during meditation. Different sounds and frequencies activate different parts of the body and brain. I use a variety of instruments in my sessions, including crystal singing bowls, gongs, shakers, and more. When you listen to therapeutic sounds, you allow your brain waves to slow down, shifting from an active brainwave state to a relaxed, or dreamlike state.
