Anchoring Magical Joy

Life is Free was created by Heidi von Harringa in Columbus, Ohio. It was created to explore the possibility that life is both free and abundant, and that every living creature is free to do what they love to do, while creating abundance for all.

Heidi is an artist and therapeutic sound facilitator. Since graduating from the Columbus College of Art and Design, she has explored many mediums of art including painting, photography and pottery. She is a certified practitioner within the International Sound Therapy Association. Using sound, she guides others to access more of their innate wellbeing. She is interested in the ways this modality can help us all to soothe our worries and tap into a magical, fresh experience of life. In her own life, it was the discovery of singing bowls that helped her to realize the tremendous power of therapeutic sound to soothe the body and quiet the mind. This discovery catapulted her onto a totally new, creative path—to taste more of the magical joy and fun of life, and to help others access this state of being, through the simplicity of sound.
